- A valid seed license holder shall apply for changing the address of office/godown of the firm, Addition of New Godown, Change in name and address of responsible person etc.
- Applicant should go to their respective office (from where the license was obtained) of the licensing officer to apply

- Please collect the appropriate application form as per officer’s advice or write on a A4 sheet.
- Submit the completed application with required documents as mentioned in our required documents session.
- After accepting the application, officials will advise the amount to be remitted.
- Applicant shall pay the mentioned amount as applicable.
- Applicant will get receipt for the remitted fees. Please keep the receipt and acknowledgement safe for future reference.
- This application will be processed by the authority.
- Respective authority will do site verification if there is change in premises/godown to submit site verification report.
- Based on the report/recommendation, registering authority will issue updated certificate.
- Applicant gets intimation to collect the License.
- On the said date, applicant can collect the license.

- Here select apply for services option as provided on the left part of the page to select view all available services sub option.

- User will get a new page. Please follow the page prompts and complete the details as appropriate. Click the right option to progress in to next page.
- User will get prompts to upload supporting documents. Please upload them.
- Please make payment for this procedure as applicable using the appropriate options.
- Applicant need to save the acknowledgement generated for future reference.
- This application will be processed by respective department.
- Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
- Applicant shall follow the notification to get the updated certificate.
