Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the Electrical Supervisor Certificate, the applicant needs to collect and submit the application to the Chief Electrical Inspector Department, Haryana.
  2. Procure the application form for issue of electrical supervisor certificate.
  3. Fill the application and submit the application along with the required fees and payment, and scanned copies of the documents.
  4. Refer the “Required documents” section of this procedure to know what all scanned documents need to be submitted.
  5. Once the application is submitted, a scrutiny of the application by Junior Assistant will be carried out.
  6. Then, the scrutiny of application by Electrical Inspector will be carried out.
  7. If it is accepted, the scrutiny of application by the Member Secretary will be carried out.
  8. If it is accepted, an admit card for the examination will be provided to the applicant.
  9. The applicant must then appear for the examination on the specific date.
  10. Once the results are out, the certificate/permit will be issued to the qualified candidates.



Apply Online:

  1. Visit the following portal: portal.
  2. Click on “Register here” and fill in all the details required.
  3. Choose the service type as “licenses”.
  4. An email will be sent with a username Link.
  5. Clicking it will redirect to the sign in page.
  6. Click on “sign in” and fill the email and password to get logged in.
  7. Now fill the profile details as asked and click on the “save” button.
  8. Follow the prompts on the screen to submit the application successfully.
  9. Consistently check the notification address to download the certificate.

Apply through Centres:

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following Link to locate the centre according to the respective district: Link.
  2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form can be obtained through the kiosk operator upon visiting the centre.
  4. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  5. The operator will process the application online.
  6. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
  7. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page and collect the receipt.
  8. After the application form is processed, an enquiry officer will make a thorough verification regarding the documents submitted along with the form.
  9. Collect the acknowledgment slip after submitting the form.
  10. Use the acknowledgment slip to get the certificate in a stipulated period of time.

  • Undertaking of Electrical Supervisor on Annexure B of Form D.
  • Copy of Supervisor Certificate.
  • Undertaking of Wireman on Annexure B of Form D.
  • Copy of Wireman Permit.
  • Undertaking by Applicant on Annexure B of Form D.
  • Documentary proof of Residence.
  • Documentary proof of Age.
  • Copy of ITR as per form D.
  • Financial statements as per form D duly stamped & signed by CA.
  • Copy of Pan Card.
  • Copy of GST registration certificate.
  • Copy of deposited Treasury Challan.
  • Invoice along with Mfg test certificates of Electrical Instruments as per Form D.
  • Undertaking by Applicant for availability of Drawing and Library facility at their office.

EligibilityEdit

  • The applicant must be a domicile of India.
  • The applicant should possess workmen Permit Class VIII pass.
  • The applicant should possess Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or must be a person with 10 (Ten) years experience in electrical works.


FeesEdit

  • Fees for the admission examination and test with every application Form for the first Certificate of Competency: Rs. 100/-
  • Fees for the admission into examination and test with every application Form for each additional or subsequent class of Certificate of competency: Rs. 50/-
  • Renewal fees for any class or classes of Certificate of Competency, if done within the time limit: Rs. 30/-
  • Penalty for late renewal of Certificate of Competency-
    • If renewed within a period of one year from the date of expiry: Rs. 20/-
    • If renewed within a period of five years from the date of expiry: Rs. 20/- for each year of default.
  • Fees for issue of a duplicate Certificate of Competency: Rs. 50/-


Note:

  • The above rates shall also be applicable to candidates who have been exempted either partly or wholly from appearing in examination for a Certificate of Competency.
  • The fee details may vary according to each state.

  • The permits are to be renewed once in 5 years.
