Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. To renew contract registration, applicant shall apply with the chief engineer of the respective RBD (Roads and Buildings Department) Divisional office for renewal.
2. Please follow our “Eligibility” section to know the eligibility criteria.
3. Go to the respective office.

5. Obtain the application form or write on an A4 sheet as advised.
6. Application form can also be downloaded using the following Link
7. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents as per our “Required Documents” section of this page
8. Submitted application will be verified by the authorities. If all are in place, the applicant will be provided with acknowledgement for the submitted application.
9. Please pay the required fees/charges as appropriate and get the receipt from the department.
10. This application will be processed internally.
11. Once the applicant’s renewal request is found eligible, the License will be renewed as per applicable norms.
12. License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying, or it will be delivered as per notification.

Note: It is advised to submit an additional set of copy of the documents and get it counter signed for your safety while applying with the government department.

• Up-to date labour license (for Construction works)
• Up-to date Bank solvency certificate

Any entrepreneur/applicant having a valid contractor license can apply for renewal

Note: Application Fees will be applicable, as per the Class, which ever an applicant applies for.

Need for the Document

• A contractor should renew the registration periodically.
• Without renewal the registration of a contractor is not valid and cannot bid for any contract.
