Gujarat - Online Obtain Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply Online: Apply Online
Step 3 : Please click “License Application” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image under “Applications Under Contract Labour Act” section to reach next page.

Step 4 : In this page, please click the check box against “I have carefully read the instructions outlined above and I agree with them” which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow and click “Continue” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 5 : Please Login using valid username, password and other requirements as appropriate and click “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image. If you are a new user, then click the “New User Registration” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 6 : Now a Pop up will be shown Click on the “OK” Button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 7 : Click “New Investor Registration” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : A registration page will be opened enter all the required details and click “Generate OTP” Button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 9 : Now enter your OTP on the prompted space to register.Then login using your credentials.
Step 10 : After login applicant will reach dashboard. Please select the “New Application” button.
Step 11 : Applicant will get online application form. Please fill in all the relevant details as per page prompts.
Step 12 : Upload required documents as per the prompt.
Step 13 : Finally click “Submit” button.
Step 14 : Upon submission a popup prompts user “Your application has been registered successfully”. Please click “OK” button.
Step 15 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
Step 16 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.
Step 17 : Application will be forwarded online to the concerned department.
Step 18 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through SMS along with the date of inspection.
Step 19 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.
Step 20 : The Application along with report will be forwarded to the issuing authority concerned.
Step 21 : If the applications is found to be correct, applicant will get notification about the sanction through SMS in their registered mobile number.
Step 22 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
Note:
  • Make sure to keep the “First-Aid Facilities” in the premises during inspection.
  • It is advised to submit additional set of copy of the documents and get counter signed for your safety while applying with government department.
