Gujarat - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter for MGVCL

Online apply for MGVCL:

Step 2 : You can register your complaint on the MGVCL Complaint Registration Non Consumer website by navigating to this link Apply Online.

Step 3 : Click on “Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and click “Registering Complaint” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 4 : Now click on “New Complaint” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Fill out all the mandatory details required. Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details.

Step 6 : Click “Save” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and submit it.

Step 7 : The complaint is now fully submitted.

Step 8 : After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
