Gujarat - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter

Step 2 : You can register your complaint on the DGVCL Complaint Registration Non Consumer website by navigating to this link : Apply Online.

Step 3 : Fill out all the mandatory details required.Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details.

Step 4 : Click “Save” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and submit it.

Step 5 : The complaint is now fully submitted.

Step 6 : After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
