Gujarat - Online Apply or Obtain Seed Sale Licence or Permit
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Seed Sale License or Permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Fertilizer, Seed, Pesticide License click here” option at the right side of the page and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now click “Dealer / Mfg Registration” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image for registration.
- Step 5 : Now complete the registration form and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 6 : Now enter the received OTP in the textbox and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : After successful registration, please click “Go to Login” hyperlink which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now click “Dealer / Mfg Login” menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image for login.
- Step 9 : Enter the credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image for login.
- Step 10 : Then click “Seeds” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image for login.
- Step 11 : Complete the application form with valid details and click “Upload” tab highlighted in Yellow to upload your photograph and signature. Then click the checkbox highlighted in RED and click “Final Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED.

- Step 12 : User will get to complete the payment gateway as provided and have to save the acknowledgement for future reference.
- Step 13 : This application will be processed by respective department. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
- Step 14 : Please follow the page prompt to acquire the license as notified.
