Procedure

1. Complete and submit an application to the Registry of Commercial Companies.
2. You will also need to submit a photocopy of your identification document. To know more about what other documents will you need to submit to have your business registered use the contact information provided below.
3. Pay the registration form.

• If the owner is a foreigner attach a photocopy of residence in Guatemala.
