Goa - Online Obtain Hazardous Waste License or Permit
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining hazardous waste license or permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : To register, please click “New Industry Registration” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 4 : Choose the option “WASTE AUTHORIZATIONS….” against registration for field. Complete the registration form and click “Generate OTP” tab. Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Submit” tab. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : After successful registration, click “Home” menu at the left corner of the screen which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Now choose “Industry Login” option. Then enter your user ID and password in the textbox. Enter the captcha and click “Login” tab. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Complete the profile details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now click on “Apply Authorization” menu at the left side of the page. Then click “Hazardeous Waste Authorization” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

- Step 9 : Complete “General Details” section with valid information. Choose the authorization as applicable and choose “Completed” option which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 10 : Now click on "Hazardous Waste Generation Details" section which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Add” hyperlink highlighted in RED.

- Step 11 : After adding the details click on "Add" tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 12 : Then choose “Completed” option which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 13 : Now the details will be added successfully. Please note the application number. Keep it safe for future reference.

- Step 14 : After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of District Environmental Engineer (DEE) for verification and further processes. If the DEE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, it will be returned to the industry and the industry can find it in the “Completed Application” tab in the OCMMS module.
- Step 15 : And if the authorization has been sanctioned, the User can view and download the certificate by clicking on “View Authorization Certificate”.
