Goa - Online Apply or Obtain Seed Sale Licence or Permit
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Seed Sale License or Permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Services” menu. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Then you will be taken to a page where you have to click “TRADE AND BUSINESS” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 5 : To apply for this service first you must register or login into the portal. So click “Register” option to create an account. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 6 : Then complete the registration form and click “Click Here to Generate OTP” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now enter the received OTP in the textbox and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now go back to the home page and click “Online Services” menu which is highlighted in Yellow. Then click “TRADE AND BUSINESS” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 9 : Now you have to select “Seed License” option. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 10 : Then click “New Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Now you have to complete “Applicant Details” section. Then click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED. Then to move to the next section you have to click “Next” tab highlighted in RED.

- Step 12 : Now you have to complete “Storage Address” section. Then click “Add Storage Address” tab which is highlighted in RED. Now the address will be added. Then click “Next” tab highlighted in RED to move to the next section.
- Step 13 : Now you have to complete “Sale Address” section. Then click “Add Sale Address” tab which is highlighted in RED. Now the address will be added. Then click “Next” tab highlighted in RED to move to the next section.
- Step 14 : Now you have to complete “Seed Details” section. Then click “Add Seed Details” tab which is highlighted in RED. Now the details will be added. Then click “Next” tab highlighted in RED to move to the next section.
- Step 15 : Now you have to upload all the mandatory documents. Then click “Upload” tab which is highlighted in RED.
- Step 16 : Now click the checkbox under declaration section which is highlighted in RED. Then click “Submit Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 17 : After successful submission, applicant gets receipt/acknowledgement. Keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 18 : This application will be processed and verification will be done by the authorities.
- Step 19 : Later the applicant can obtain the license from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the license from the portal.
