Goa - Online Apply for Fertilizer (Insecticide) Manufacturing License

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online

Step 3 : In this page please click “Online Services” menu which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Then you will be taken to a page where you have to click “TRADE AND BUSINESS” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 5 : A pop up will be displayed read the instruction and click “OK” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : To apply for this service first you must register or login into the portal. Existing user can directly login with the corresponding user name and password and click “Login” button ” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 7 : In case of new user click “Register” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image option to create an account.

Step 8 : Then complete the registration form and click “Click Here to Generate OTP” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 : A pop up will be displayed read the instruction and click “OK” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 10 : Now click enter the received OTP in the textbox and click “Register” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image .

Step 11 : Now go back to the home page and click “Online Services” menu which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 : Then you will be taken to a page where you have to click “TRADE AND BUSINESS” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 13 : Now you have to select “Manufacturer Insecticide Licence” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 14 : Then click “New Application” tab which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 15 : Now you have to complete “Applicant Details” section. Then click “Save” tab which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 16 : Now you have to complete “Company Details” section. Then click “Save” tab.

Step 17 : Now you have to complete “Storage Address” section. Then click “Add Storage Address” tab .Now the address will be added. Then click “Next” tab to move to the next section.

Step 18 : Now you have to complete “Manufacturing Address” section. Then click “Add Address” tab.Then click “Next” tab to move to the next section.

Step 19 : Complete “Manufacturer Details” section. Then click “Add Details” tab.Now the details will be added. Then click “Next” tab to move to the next section.

Step 20 : Complete “Experts staff” section. Then click “Add Details” tab.Now the details will be added. Then click “Next” tab to move to the next section.

Step 21 : Upload all the mandatory documents. Then click “Upload” tab, click the checkbox under declaration section. Then click “Submit Application” tab.

Step 22 : After successful submission, applicant gets receipt/acknowledgement. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 23 : This application will be processed and verification will be done by the authorities.

Step 24 : Later the applicant can obtain the license from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the license from the portal.
