Goa - Online Apply Divergence Certificate
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Divergence Certificate
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page click “Register” option which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image to register yourself and then apply.
- Step 4 : Now enter your Email id and mobile number in the textbox and click “Generate OTP” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 5 : Now enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Submit OTP” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 6 : Then enter your name as in Aadhar card and aadhaar number in the textbox. Click the checkbox against “I agree” which is highlighted in Yellow. Then click “Validate” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now provide other mandatory details required for registration process. Then click the checkbox highlighted in Yellow and click the “Register/Signup” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 8 : After successful registration you will receive the confirmation message. Now click “Click here to Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to go back to the login page.
- Step 9 : In this page please enter the valid credentials and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Login” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 10 : After login, choose “All Services” option under “Services” section. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 11 : Now select “Divergence Certificate” option under “Revenue” section. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 12 : Now choose the district from the dropdown menu which is highlighted in RED in the below image. Then click “Proceed to Apply” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 13 : Now complete the application form with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.

- Step 14 : Then choose the document type from the dropdown menu. Upload the chosen file by clicking “Choose File” tab which is highlighted in Yellow. After selecting the file click “Upload” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 15 : Then click “Ok” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image to complete the uploading process.
- Step 16 : Now your application will be submitted successfully. You will receive the acknowledgment as shown below. Click “CLOSE” tab which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image to end the process of applying.
