Apply In-Person:

1. To Obtain Particulars of Mortgage Created by a Company , the applicant for has to approach the Register General Department (RGD) office. contact link

3. Applicant filled all details in the application form.
4. Name should be exact as registered, should there have been any Change of Name after registration does state the new name.
5. The Registration Number is stated at the top left side of the Registration Certificate.
6. Full name and TIN of the natural person or legal entity submitting documents to the Registrar of companies.
7. Read the instructions before completing form. Incomplete applications or invalid data may delay the registration process.

9. Then, the Applicants Provide the Signature in the space provided in the declaration.

Eligibility

• A Ghanaian LLC can be formed by a single shareholder, who must appoint two directors. While all can be foreigners, one of the directors must be ordinarily resident in Ghana.
