To register the birth of child, married parents must submit:
- Marriage Certificate
- IDs (when one of the parents applies for birth registration, another parents ID is not required).
- A medical certificate of birth or a decision on the establishment of the fact of birth.
To register the birth of child, unmarried parents must submit:
- IDs of both parents.
- A medical certificate of birth or a decision on the establishment of the fact of birth.
- If one or both of unmarried parents of a child are minors, a birth certificate of an underage mother or/and father and a written consent of a parent or other legal representative to registering a person as the childs father.
To register the birth of child, unmarried mother must submit:
- ID card.
- A medical certificate of birth or a decision on the establishment of the fact of birth.

EligibilityEdit
- One of parents of a child.
- An authorized person of a parent.
- An authorized person of a custodianship and guardianship body.
- An official from the medical facility where a child was born.
- A trustee from an administration (City Hall) if a child was born outside of a medical facility without assistance of a person authorized to issue a medical reference.
FeesEdit
Birth is registered no later than the next business day of submitting documents required for the registration.
Birth certificate is issued for free.
