Apply In-Person:

  1. Application form for environmental impact assessment in Ethiopia is available in the Ministry of Health, Ethiopia contact link
  2. Applicant must enter all necessary information in the application form.
  3. Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing the procedure.
  4. Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Applicant should attach photocopies of documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form.
  6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per authority’s request.
  7. If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the document will be provided within 3 months.
  8. Applicant can get their document by visiting the office after getting notification from concerned authorities.
  9. If there is no update regarding the document is provided even after 3 months, applicant can visit the office to know status of their application.
