Apply In-Person:
- To Obtain Clinical Officer Practice Licence in person, the applicant has to approach the Egyptian Nursing Journal.
- Address and contact details can be found in the following Contact link
- Applicant must obtain the application form from the relevant department.
- Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
- Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the respective office.
- Submit the payment receipt to the respective offices for processing of the licensing application process to begin.
- At this point the respective officers will go through the application documents to determine their authenticity and if they meet the requirements.
- Upon completion of licensing process, the authority officers will contact the applicant to collect their Clinical Officer Practice Licencein person.
- The whole process is usually completed after a period of five days.
- The applicant will be required to produce proof of identity when collecting the Clinical Officer Practice Licence.

- Degree/Diploma Certificates.
- National identity card
- Internship completion letter.
- Dully filled Internship Booklet/Logbook.
- Passport size photo.
- Dully filled COC Registration form
- Internship license and
- COC result slip
- Payment receipt.
- Professionals trained outside Egypt who may wish to be registered by the Council shall be required to show proof of qualification/competency equivalent to standards established in Egypt.

EligibilityEdit
- Clinical officer who have completed their internship program are eligible to make the application for registration and licensing within 3 months after internship.
FeesEdit
- EGP. 9,500 – Diploma ( Registration and license fee)
- EGP. 10,000 – Degree (Registration and license fee)
ValidityEdit
- The validity period is one year.

InstructionsEdit
- Eligible applicants, upon completion of training in an approved institution, shall be required to sit a prescribed Council exam. Successful candidates shall be posted for a one year internship.
- The applicant should make the application within three months after completion of their internship program.

- The clinical officer practice license allows the holder to practice as a clinical officer in Egypt.
- Every Clinical officer practicing in Egypt is required to be registered and licensed with the Clinical Officers Council in accordance with the Clinical Officers (Training, Registration and Licensing) Act, 2017, Laws of Egypt.
