Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Get Export Permit for Pickled Vegetables in person, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Egypt Contact link
2. Information related to the respective office and License authority can be obtained from the “Office locations and contacts” section of this page.
3. Visit the office and get an application form for Export Permit for Pickled Vegetables as applicable to the applicant requirement, from the respective department.
4. Make sure that his/her have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
6. Now, complete the application form with appropriate information under relevant sections. Attest it with their signature once completed.
7. Once completed the application form, submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
8. After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
9. Where, upon review of an application under sub-regulation, the Authority finds that the application is incomplete, the Authority shall request the applicant to provide additional information or clarify the information provided.
10. The Authority shall, within three months after receipt of an application or additional information, investigate and prepare a detailed report in respect of the application to enable the processing of the application.
11. After considering the application and the report, the Authority may grant a person approval certificate.
12. The processing time for this procedure is 30 days.

• Demonstration of understanding and documentary evidence of the market requirement by the audited.

Eligibility

• Any person aged 18 years and above and legally residing in the country can Export Permit for Pickled Vegetables into the country.
• Any person who obtains permission for importing/exporting Pickled Vegetables products in Egypt is eligible.
• Any person who has the import interest and meets the above requirements and is importing/exporting Pickled Vegetables that does not fall in the restricted list.
  

Fees

• Application fee of EGP 1000.00 (non-refundable)

Validity

• The certificate is valid for a period of one year.
