Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a Tenant Verification in Daman and Diu or Dadra and Nagar Haveli, get the Tenant Verification form from your concerned police station.
- Fill the required details of the Landlord.
- Fill the required details of the Tenant and the Tenant’s Family Members.
- Attach the Required Documents and photographs of the Tenant.
- Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
- You could find the list of police stations from the link: Know your Police Station.
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
- Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.

- To apply for Tenant Verification online, one has to login to the Citizen Portal.
- Residents of Daman and Diu can use this link: Daman & Diu.
- Residents of Dadra and Nagar Haveli can use this link: Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
- If you are a new user, register a new Citizen account with your details by clicking on “Create Citizen Login”.
- Now login with your account and select Tenant Verification.
- In the given new window, fill the Landlord’s details.
- In the same webpage, click on the “Tenant Information Tab”.
- Fill all the required details by clicking on “Personal Information” and “Address”.
- Fill all the required details on clicking the Tab, “Family Members Information”.
- Upload the photo and documents in required file size and format.
- Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Pay the Tenant Verification Processing fee if required.
- After submission, you will receive your Service Request No. through SMS or E-Mail.
- Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
- Any other information will be sent to the registered mobile Number.
Apply through Centres:
- To get Tenant Verification, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
- Procure the mandatory application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the verification.
- Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
- Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
- Make the requisite payment required for the process (if applicable).
- Now, submit the application to the office of the concerned centre and obtain the acknowledgement slip.
- After that, the verification will be done by the concerned authority.
