Procedure[edit]
Online[edit]
- Go to http://www.registrocivil.cl. Click on "Online Certificates".
- Select certificate to obtain.
- Complete the requested data.
- As a result, your requested document will be sent to your email or you can view it on screen.
By Phone[edit]
- Call 600 370 2000 from a landline or mobile phone.
- Select option # 5, to request a free certificate.
- The executive who answered your call will tell your RUN or the person requesting the certificate.
- Indicate the type of certificate you need.
- Enter the email where you want to receive the certificate.
- Call the executive who shall return the certificate to the email you reported.
In Person[edit]
- Go to any office of the Civil Registry and Identification.
- Request the certificate you need.
- Present the required documents and pay the appropriate fee.
- As a result you will get the requested certificate.
