Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Application form for renewal of registering as a veterinary practitioner in Chhattisgarh is available on the Chhattisgarh State Veterinary Council.
2. Location link of the Council is – Link. (Opposite to this link address).
3. After getting the application form, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary details.
4. Applicant should make sure to carry the originals and photocopies of the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Applicant has to attach the photocopies of the documents (whichever is necessary) along with the application form while submitting it at the office.
6. Fee must be paid as per the request of the authority.
7. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, then, the renewal of registration can be done within 15 days.
8. If the renewal has not been done within a month, then, the applicant can visit the Veterinary Council to know the status of their application.
   

Apply Online

1. Application form for renewal of registration is available in the following link – Link.
2. If the applicant is already a user, then, they can login with their “User ID” and “Password”.
3. If the applicant is a new user, then, they have to click on the “Register” button.
4. For new registration, applicant has to enter their Name and other details for registration.
5. Applicant can choose their “Login ID” while registering.
6. After entering all the necessary details in the registration form, the applicant has to click on the “Submit” button.
7. After logging in, applicant has to click on the “Update Renewal Data” button.
8. Then, the application form for renewal of registration as a veterinary practitioner is opened.
9. Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
10. Applicant has to upload the digital copies of the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
11. After all of the above-mentioned procedures are followed properly, the applicant can click on “Save data”.
12. Another page with the entered details will be opened.
13. Applicant has to check the details and then upload their “Digital Signature” and “Photo” and then click on the “Submit” button.
14. Fee for this procedure can be paid online.
15. If all the above-mentioned procedures were followed properly, the renewal of registration can be done within 15 days.
16. If the renewal has not been done within a month, then, the applicant can check the status of their application online or by visiting the state veterinary council.
    
    

Apply through Centres:

1. To Renew Registration as a Veterinary Practitioner (Veterinary Council), the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
