Chhattisgarh - Online Register a Firm or Company through state portal
- Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure:Link for Register a Firm Required Documents page
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Link for online portal.
- Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. User shall select “log in” menu. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

- Step 4 : User will reach login screen as shown below. Please select “NEW APPLICANTS LOGIN HERE” option. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.

- Step 5 : User will reach “New user registration” screen as shown below.Please complete the registration requirements as appropriate. Please follow the below image.

- Step 6 :Please scroll down to get a page as shown below. Please complete the registration requirements as appropriate and click “REGISTER” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

- Step 7 :In the next screen user need to validate their mobile number. Please follow the prompts. Enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click the applicable option to validate mobile number.
- Step 8 : Now come back to the login screen as shown below. Please complete the login credentials as appropriate and click “LOGIN” button.Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

- Step 9 : Once login, applicant will be provided with a welcome screen. Please select “Firm” button. Applicant will reach dashboard screen.
- Step 10 : In the dash board page, please select “Click here for Firm Registration” option under “online services”.
- Step 11 : Applicant will reach “FIRM ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM” page, Please complete the prompted details as appropriate for “PART1 to PART3” sessions.“PART 4” is for payment. Make the payment for this process as applicable.
- Step 12 : Once all the above steps are completed. Applicant shall preview their filled application using the respective option. IF all are OK, please hit “Submit” tab to apply online.
- Step 13 : Applicant will get an acknowledgement. Please keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 14 : This submitted application will be processed internally. Notification about the progress or requirement of additional details will be sent to applicant through SMS or email.
- Step 15 : Please follow the department guidelines to complete the process.
