Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page please select “Pay Water User Charge (Online)” option which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image under “WATER USER CHARGE” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to reach a new page.

Step 4 : Here please select your region from the drop down list against “Please Select Your ULB” and click “GO NOW” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : In the new page please select the ward from the drop down list, enter consumer numbers and click “Search” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : A new page with retrieved data for the entered details will be displayed.

Step 7 : Please follow the onscreen instruction and information as appropriate. Enter the required details and click the appropriate button to process the online payment.

Step 8 : Please save the system generated acknowledgement for future reference.
