Step 3 : In this page please select the appropriate option which is applicable to you. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in Yellow.

Step 4 : If you choose “Individual” option, then complete all the fields with valid details and click the checkbox which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image. Then click “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 5 : If you choose “Company” option, then complete all the fields with valid details and click the checkbox which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image. Then click “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 6 : After successful submission of your application, you will receive the confirmation message as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : LPG distributor will contact you soon to provide the service you requested.
