Chhattisgarh - Online Apply Income Certificate

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please scroll down and click “Citizen Login” option for registration. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now click “Click Here For Registration” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now complete the registration form with valid details and click “Save” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : After successful registration process, please click “Home” option at the right corner of the page to go back to the home page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 7 : Scroll down and click “Citizen Login” option for login. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 8 : Enter the valid credentials and click “Login” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Now you have to change the old password since you are logging in for the first time. After entering the new password please click “SAVE” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Then click “Relogin” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image to go back to the login page.
- Step 11 : Now scroll down and click “Citizen” option for login. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 12 : After successful login, click “See all services” option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : Now go to the 9th page or type the service you want to apply, in the search box. Then click “Online Application” option against “income certificate”. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED and Yellow.
- Step 14 : Go through the instructions and guidelines carefully and click the tab to move to the next page. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 15 : Complete the application form by providing necessary information. Then click the appropriate tab to move to the next section and it is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 16 : Then complete the fields with valid information and click the appropriate tab. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 17 : After successful submission, applicant gets receipt/acknowledgement. Keep it safe for future reference.
- Step 18 : This application will be processed and verification will be done by the authorities.
- Step 19 : Later the applicant can obtain the certificate from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the certificate from the portal.
