Apply In-Person:

  1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Chhattisgarh must visit the concerned Chhattisgarh Public Health Engineering Department office in the district. Click on the following link to find the contact details of district office: Link and Link
  2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue.
  3. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
  4. Duly sign the letter and submit it along with proof (if any) to the officer incharge in the Chhattisgarh Public Health Engineering Department office.
  5. No fee is required for this procedure.
  6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
  7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.

  2. The applicant shall log in through the web portal mentioned under the "Login" option and provide the required information for the process.
  3. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option to complain and proceed further.
  4. The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
  5. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
  6. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
  7. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
  8. On successful verification, the complaint will be registered.



Apply through Centres:

  1. To Complaint about the Quality of Water (Residential), the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
  2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the process.
  3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
  4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
  5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
  6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
