Chandigarh - Online Apply for Tenant Verification

Step 2 : To apply for Tenant Verification online, visit the online Tenant Registration service in the Sampark Portal : Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given new window, fill the Landlord’s details. Fill the Tenant or Paying Guest’s details which include passport and weapon details if any.

Step 4 : Upload the required documents, photograph, signatures and thumb impression. Fill the Tenant’s Family member Details.

Step 5 : Check the details filled for any correction before you “Submit” button to submit the form which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.

Step 6 : You will receive an acknowledgement receipt.

Step 7 : Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.

Step 8 : Any information regarding the report will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 9 : You can visit the Sampark centre to collect the Report.
