Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Any individual, companies, and organizations that wish to request Advertising Space on Botswana TV and Radio station shall file the request to the Department of Broadcasting Services (DPS) office, which is under the Ministry for Presidential Affairs Governance and Public Administration. 2. Applicants are required to visit any of the Department of Broadcasting Services (DPS) offices and express their interest to the receptionist at the front desk.
3. The applicant will be issued with a contract to complete and sign. The completed contract should be submitted to the reception desk. The contract will then be forwarded to the office responsible for processing and consideration.
4. Upon receipt of the contract, the authorize office will verify if all the necessary information has been provided and that the applications comply with the selection criteria before advising the client to pay the advertisement fee as mentioned under the “fees” section of this page and obtain a payment invoice.
5. The client will then be required to submit the advert script or live-read the script.
