An acceptable statement from the applicant and employer, must be submitted to the Authority confirming that, the holder did not exercise the license privileges during the period the license had expired.
  • When the applicant has exercised the privileges of an expired license the license renewal will not be considered until the applicant and the employer have presented acceptable statements explaining the circumstances under which certification was made on an expired license. All such certifications made when the license had expired have been reported to the Authority and that they have been recertified by a holder of a valid License.
