Procedure

Customer subscribers with Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) upon receiving monthly Water bills for service rendered by the company are required to pay for their water bill in time through the following methods of payment.

Apply In-Person
Cash Payment Method

1. Subscribers of Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) can make cash or credit card payments at the private vending station (PDS’) authorized pay points which are located within official premises or at any WUC branch offices near you at the paying counters clearly marked CASHIER.
   

Direct Debit payments

1. Customers can also make direct debit arrangements at any of the WUC customer services centers. Customers are expected to provide their identification, Bank Debit cards, and Bank statements for proof of account number.
   

Bank Payments

1. you can pay your water bill at any branch of the following banks countrywide (list below), visit any of the bank branches and make payment, WUC account number can be obtained from any of the following banks, (Barclays Bank, Standard Bank, Stanbic Bank, First Nation Bank).

Via WUC Portal

1. The subscriber should visit the WUC Website and if already registered login with your credentials and click on the “Log In” tab to access the portal.
2. If not yet registered, click on the “Register” button to register with the WUC and acquire your login credentials.
3. On the registration page, the applicant is required to fill out all the fields and then click on the “Register” button.
4. Upon submission, a successful registration confirmation message will be displayed on the screen, click on the “login” hyperlink and log in with your registered credentials (Email address & Password) then click on the “Login” button.
5. Under the “Your Water Account” option select “Pay Bill Online”, this will navigate you to the pay bill online page and fill out all fields then click on the “Get Bill Amount” button.

   Note: To find utility contract & customer number, use your water bill or call 0800 555 555.

6. The water bill will be generated and displayed on the screen, which will indicate the amount that is to be paid.
7. Enter the amount that you wish to pay and process and make the payment using your debit/credit card then click on the “Pay now” button to complete the process.
8. The applicant (subscriber) will then receive a confirmation payment notification via their registered email/mobile number.
   

WUC Mobile App.

1. Download the WUC app from the Google Play Store for (android phone) or Apple store for (I phone) and sign up if you do not have an account. Login if you already have an account.
2. Then proceed with the water bill payment as instructed on the site.
   

Via Mobile payment

1. Subscribers can pay their water bills using the mobile payment method through their subscribed telecommunication company in Botswana e.g. Posomoney, Orange Botswana, BTC, etc.
2. Then proceed with the water bill payment as instructed by the telecommunication company.
