Bihar - Online Obtain Domicile or Residence Certificate

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please click “Issuance of residential certificate (At the zonal level)” option under “Services of Residential Caste and Income Certificate of General Administration Department” section at the left side of the page under “RTPS Services” menu for registration. Refer the below image where it is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now complete all the sections with valid details and upload necessary documents.
- Step 5 : Now enter the verification text in the textbox and click “Proceed” tab which is highlighted in Yellow.
- Step 6 : Upon submission, the applicant will receive acknowledgement as the confirmation of submission.
- Step 7 : After verification, the applicant can obtain the certificate from the concerned authority with the help of acknowledgement slip or the applicant can download the certificate from the portal.
