Bihar - Online Apply or Obtain Seed Sale Licence or Permit

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for Obtaining Seed Sale License or Permit

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page select “1. Licence Registration” option highlighted in RED below login button.

Step 4 : A new page will be displayed. Here select the authentication type as “DEMOGRAPHY + OTP”. Aadhaar authentication prompt will be displayed. Please process the prompts and click “AUTHENTICATION” button. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 5 : Enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Validate OTP” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 6 : Complete the registration form and click “Get OTP” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 7 : Enter the OTP in the textbox and click “Validate & Apply” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 8 : Then click the checkbox against declaration and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 9 : Now license registration number will be generated. Note it down and click “Ok” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 10 : Now click “Apply Renewal/New(Seed/Fertilizer)” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 11 : Now login using the login credentials. Click “Log In” button highlighted in RED.

Step 12 : A new screen will be displayed. Applicant has to select “Seed” option highlighted in RED to apply for seed license.

Step 13 : Click “Application Form” option highlighted in RED to apply for seed license.

Step 14 : Now click “New Licence” checkbox highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 15 : Please complete the application details and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 16 : Now click the home icon which is pointed out by RED arrow. Then click “Payment Details” option highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 17 : Complete the payment process and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 18 : Now click the home icon which is pointed out by RED arrow. Then click “Photo & Document Upload” option highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 19 : Upload all the necessary documents and click “Submit” tab highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 20 : Click the checkbox highlighted in RED against declaration statement and click “Submit” tab pointed by RED box.

Step 21 : Now click the home icon which is pointed out by RED arrow. Then click “Final Submit” option highlighted in RED in the below image.

Step 22 : Once all the above mentioned steps are completed, please use the applicable option to submit online application.

Step 23 : Once applied, user will get acknowledgement. Please save the acknowledgement for future reference.

Step 24 : This application will be processed by respective department.

Step 25 : Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.

Step 26 : Applicant shall follow the notification to get license.
