Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a Tenant Verification in Bihar, get the Tenant Verification form from your concerned police station.
- Residents of Patna can also download and print the form from the online link: Application Form
- Fill the required details of the Tenant.
- Fill the required details of the Landlord.
- Attach a photocopy of the Tenant’s Id Proof and passport size photograph.
- Duly sign the form and get the form signed by the Tenant.
- Submit the form at the nearest Police Station Know your Police Station
- Pay the processing fee if required.
- Receive the acknowledgement receipt if it is provided and keep it safe for further reference.
- Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
