Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a Tenant Verification in Bihar, get the Tenant Verification form from your concerned police station.

3. Fill the required details of the Tenant.
4. Fill the required details of the Landlord.
5. Attach a photocopy of the Tenant’s Id Proof and passport size photograph.
6. Duly sign the form and get the form signed by the Tenant.
7. Submit the form at the nearest Police Station Know your Police Station
8. Pay the processing fee if required.
9. Receive the acknowledgement receipt if it is provided and keep it safe for further reference.
10. Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.
