Apply In-Person
- The Applicant has to submit a Letter to the Director of Societies. Visit the following link for Contact Details Link.
- The cooperative society must write to the Director of Societies, explaining why the certificate was lost or damaged and requesting a replacement copy.
- This request must be written on the cooperative's letterhead.
- The Director of Societies will look through the request. A copy of the Certificate of Registration is re-issued by the director once it has been authorised.
- After that, the applicant is notified in writing that the certificate is ready for collection.
