Assam - Online obtain electricity connection

- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : In this page please scroll down and click “Apply New Connection” option at the left side of the page and it is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 4 : Now click “Application Form for New Connection” option which is highlighted in Yellow in the below image.
- Step 5 : Now complete the registration form with necessary details and click “Validate Details” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : In the next page complete all the fields under “Load details” section. Then hit “Validate load” tab to get next page.
- Step 7 : Now make the payment as per the page prompt option and hit “pay now” tab to reach payment gateway page and complete payment.
- Step 8 : Once the payment is made, a transaction reference number will get generated. Keep it safe.
- Step 9 : With the transaction number user can obtain acknowledgement receipt.
- Step 10 : This submitted application will be processed further. Notification from department (through SMS or over phone) for further process will reach applicant.
- Step 11 : Applicant shall go to the respective office with the printout of application along with other documents and follow the guidelines to get the connection.
