Assam - Online Renew a Contractor Registration

Step 2 : Please use the following link to reach online portal: Online Portal

Step 3 : In the given page please use the “LOG IN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get login window.

Step 4 : Please enter the ‘Email Address’ and ‘Password’ and click “SIGN IN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to login. If you are a new user then use the “Don't have an account? Sign Up” option which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow in the below image to get a new page.

Step 5 : Here click “YES” or “NO” button as applicable for “Are you an Existing Contractor?” query to get the Sign up page.If you are an existing contractor click on the “Yes” button which is highlighted in “Red” if not click “No” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 6 : Please complete the registration process by filling the mandatory details as per prompt and click on the “I accept the Terms & Conditions” which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

Step 7 : Now click “SIGN UP” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to register.

Step 8 : Now login using your credentials and click on the “SIGN IN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to login.

Step 9 : Once login, applicant will land in a new page. In this “REGISTRATION APPLIED FOR” page to upload your Profile Picture click on the file icon which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.After uploading it enter all the required information.

Step 10 : Enter your Bank Details,Residence Details,Registration Fee Details in this page.

Step 11 : After entering all the details click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 : Now you will be redirected to “ADDRESS OF REGD.OFFICE” page.Enter all the necessary information in this page and click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 13 : In this page enter all the required details.If you want to add more details click on the “ADD MORE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 14 : After entering the details click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 15 : In this next page enter all the required details.If you want to add more details click on the “ADD MORE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 16 : To upload the File click on the file icon which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow in the below image.

Step 17 : After entering the required details and uploading all the required documents click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 18 : Next “KEY PERSONAL FOR WORKS AND ADMINISTRATION” page will be opened.Here to upload the all Merged certificate click on the file icon which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

Step 19 : After upload it will automatically take you to the next page.Here enter the details asked,If you want to add more details click on the “ADD MORE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.To upload the file click on the upload file which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

Step 20 : Now click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 21 : Next “LITIGATION HISTORY” page will be opend.Here enter the required details asked and if you want to add more details click on the “ADD MORE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 22 : Now click on the “SAVE” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 23 : Next it will ask many documents to upload.To upload the document click on the file icon pointed out by a “Green” arrow in the below image and upload the document.Repeat the same process and upload all the documents.

Step 24 : Then click on the “NEXT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 25 : Now it will show a Final Review.Check all the details and click on the “FINAL SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 26 : Now it will show a pop-up as “Once you submit you cannot edit your details” .Click on the “YES” which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image.

Step 27 : After submitting it will ask you to pay the Application fees.Click on the “PAY NOW” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 28 : It will show Information regarding the Fees and the Contractor details.Click on then “PROCEED” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 29 : Next it will show the payment gateway.select the preferable payment method and pay the application fees.

Step 30 : An acknowledgement for submission of application will be generated. Same time an acknowledgement with reference number will be sent to your mobile and email. Keep it safe for future reference.

Step 31 : This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 32 : Submitted application will be verified by the authorities.

Step 33 : Please follow department notification.

Step 34 : Once the applicant’s renewal request is found eligible, the License will be renewed as per applicable norms.

Step 35 : License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying, or it will be delivered as per notification.

Note: It is advised to submit an additional set of copy of the documents and get it counter signed for your safety while applying with the government department.
