Assam - Apply for No Objection Certificate for Water and Electricity

Apply In-Person:
- To apply for the no objection certificate for water and electricity approach the regional director of Central Ground Water Board North Eastern Region Betkuchi
- Application in plain paper addressed to Regional Director with complete address and contact number.
- Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
- Submit the form to the Regional Director along with the required documents. More details about the regional director office location is provided in the following link : Application
- Refer the regional director office location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
- After the application form is processed, an enquiry officer will make a thorough verification regarding your proof which you have submitted along with the form.
- Collect the acknowledgment slip after submitting the form.
- After 14 days, use the acknowledgment slip to obtain the no objection certificate for water and electricity.
Apply Online
To apply for the no objection certificate for water in Assam through online follow the procedure given below :
- Click Login to visit the portal to apply for NOC
- Enter username, password, captcha and code to apply for new NOC
- After successful login, Go to Apply click new Application and select Industry / Infrastructure / Mining.
- Now fill the application form with necessary details.
- Click “submit” after filling the form.
- You will get an application id to track the status of your application.
- Once the NOC is generated you can download it from the same website.
