5. After the payment, applicant will be informed about the schedule.
6. Once all the cleaning process gets completed, applicant has to pay the remaining amount to the service provider.

Eligibility

• House owners of residential buildings can book for cesspool service
• A person who is in-charge of commercial buildings, hospitals, industries, corporate sectors can book for cesspool service.
  
  

Fees

• Per Cubic ft = Rs 6.00 for Residential, Rs 7.50 for Commercial.
• Minimum Rate per tank = Rs 1800
• For Tatkal extra Rs 1200

Validity

It remains valid until you avail the service.

• According to Manual Scavengers Act and their Rehabilitation Act 2013, any person who engages scavenging workers, either directly or indirectly, would be punishable with imprisonment upto two years or fine or both.
  
• Under the Act, protective equipment such as gumboots, gloves, masks, soap and a disinfectant like Dettol has to be given every month to the workers.
  
• If the workers, do not have these equipment, do not let them engage, call the contractor.
