Arunachal Pradesh - Online Obtain Land Mortgage Certificate (Coletral)

Step 2 : To apply online, visit the Arunachal Pradesh e-service portal: Apply Online.

Step 3 : To login to your account click on the “Login” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Login using your “Login ID”, ”Password” and Captacha Code in the box which is highlighted in “Red” and click on the “LOG IN” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 5 : If you are a new user click on the “Don’t have an account?Register HERE” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : In the Registration page enter all the required Information and enter the captcha code in the box which is highlighted in “Red” and then click on the “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 7 : An OTP will be sent to your Email ID and Mobile No. enter the OTP in the prompted space and click on the “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Red’ in the below image.

Step 8 : Now it will show a message of your successful registration and ask you to go back to the login page.

Step 9 : Now Login by entering all your credentials and enter the captcha code in the textbox which is highlighted in “Red” and then click on the “SUBMIT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 10 : After login click on the “Apply for services” hypertext which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 : And the click on the “View all available services” hypertext which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 12 : Now select your state from the dropdown which is highlighted in “Red” and then search “Possession Certificate” in the Search bar which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 13 : Now click on “Issue of land Possession certificate” hypertext which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 14 : Now the application form for Issue of land Possession certificate will be opened.Enter the Area of Land and location details.

Step 15 : Fill the required information in “Applicant details”.To upload the passport size photo click on the “Choose File” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 16 : Fill all the required details in “Details of the Proposed Land” section as shown in the image below.

Step 17 : Fill the necessary details in “Details of NOC issuing Authority” section as shown in the image below.

Step 18 : Now in “Payment Details” section payment will be shown and click on the “I Agree” declaration checkbox which is pointed out by a “Red” arrow in the below image after reading the above instruction.

Step 19 : Next chosoe the office to apply and enter the captcha code shown in the textbox which is highlighted in “Red” and then click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 20 : Now in this page all your details will be shown.

Step 21 : Check all the details and if you want to edit some details click on the “Edit” button which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow to edit.If all the details are right click on the “Attach Annexure” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 22 : To select the document click on the dropdown box which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow and then click on the “Choose File” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to upload the selected documents.

Step 23 : To scan your documents from DigiLocker click on the “Scan” button which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 24 : Repeat the same process to select all the documents and to attach it.After attaching all the documents click on the “Save Annexure” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 25 : Now click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 26 : The applicant will have to pay the fee.

Step 27 : The applicant will get a payment acknowledgement receipt as an application ID that you can use to track the application.

Step 28 : Click on the “Print” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 29 : To track your application through website.

Step 30 : Login to the website and click on the “View status of application” hypertext which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 31 : Click on the “Track Application status” hypertext which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 32 : In this page enter the select the “From Date”,“To Date” and App Ref No. and click on the “Get Data” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 33 : Once your certificate is ready you can download through website.
