Arunachal Pradesh - Online Obtain Inter State Workmen Licence for Contractor

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.

Step 3 : In the given page, please click “Registration & License” menu which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : A new page will be provided. Please go through the onscreen information and use the “Click Here to Register” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image at the bottom to get the next page.

Step 5 : If you are a new user, then click “Sign Up” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image provided in the top right corner to get the sign-up page.

Step 6 : Please complete the prompts as applicable and click “SIGN UP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get authentication instruction.

Step 7 : As per the instruction, user shall access the mail sent for authentication.

Step 8 : Please use the link sent to your mail ID to reach a welcome screen.In the welcome screen, please use “Click Here” hyperlink which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow in the below image to authenticate.

Step 9 : In the resulting page, please enter the verification code displayed at the prompted space and click “Generate OTP” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to receive OTP in the registered mobile number.

Step 10 : Now enter the received OTP at the respective prompt and click “Verify OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to get “Set User Id and Password” prompts.

Step 11 : Please complete the given prompts as applicable and click “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 : A “Registration Successful” pop up will be provided. Please click “Ok” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image to reach login page.

Step 13 : Please use the login credentials as applicable at the given space and click “LOGIN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to log in.

Step 14 : A information prompt will be provided. Please use the close icon which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow in the below image to close the pop-up.

Step 15 : Applicant will reach the dashboard.

Step 16 : Please click the “Registration for CLC” option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image provided under “Registration” which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image on the left part of the screen to get the list of establishment and relevant details.

Step 17 : Now click “Apply for New Registration” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image in the top right corner to get the next page.

Step 18 : Here, select “Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act” option which is pointed out by a “Green” arrow under “List of Acts” and click the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 19 : Applicant will get online application page as per selection.Please complete the “Principal Employer Details” section by entering all the required information.

Step 20 : After filling all the information click on the “Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 21 : Next you will be directed to the “Establishment Details” section enter all the required information.

Step 22 : After filling all the information click on the “Next” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 23 : Please complete the respective sections (Work Place Details | Manager Details | Contractors Details | Contract Work Details | Attachments) with applicable details as per page prompt as appropriate. Applicant shall use the “Next” button for each section to move on to successive sections.

Step 24 : Once reaching the “Attachments” section, please upload applicable documents as appropriate and click the “Save” button to submit the application online.

Step 25 : Applicant will reach the dashboard with the submitted licence application details. Please click the view icon “eye symbol” provided under “Actions” column.

Step 26 : Applicant will get the “Licensing Form Preview” page. Go through the details. Here, scroll down to the bottom to find “Go To Listing”, “Digital Signature” and “E-Sign” button.

Step 27 : Please select the applicable button to sign the registration form digitally.

Step 28 : Once the digital signing is complete, applicant will reach the dashboard. Please click the payment icon provided under “Actions” column to reach a page with payment details.

Step 39 : Please click the “Confirm” button to confirm the information and process the payment.

Step 30 : Once the payment is made, user shall download the acknowledgement and the same will be sent as email and as “SMS” to the registered email ID and registered mobile number respectively. Please save it for future reference.

Step 31 : This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.

Step 32 : Applicant will get update about the progress of his/her application through “SMS” in their registered mobile number. Applicants are advised to follow the department guidelines to get the licence.

Step 33 : After scrutiny by the designated authority, short fall in the documentation if any will be intimated through “SMS” along with the date of inspection. Please follow department notification regularly.

Step 34 : The investigation (licensing) officer will conduct investigation of the mandatory documents and registers in respect of the application received. The officer will also inspect the premises for the purpose of determining whether such workman mentioned on the application is an interstate migrant workman.

Step 35 : The outcome of the investigation and inspection will be recorded as a report.

Step 36 : The Application along with the above said report will be forwarded to the concerned issuing authority.

Step 37 : If the application is found to be correct in all respect, the issuing authority will grant an “Interstate Workmen Licence for Contractor” with his/her seal and signature.

Step 38 : The status, viz. Approval or rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an “SMS” or as per applicable norms.

Step 39 : The certificate, thus granted, shall be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying or delivered as per applicable norms or can be downloaded online as per applicable norms.

NOTE:

• Every application for the grant of a licence shall contain the particulars regarding the location of the establishment, the nature of process, operation or work for which interstate migrant workmen are to be employed and such other particulars as may be prescribed.
