Arunachal Pradesh - Modify or Correct Revenue Records

Following are the ways through which you can apply for the correction of revenue records in Arunachal Pradesh.
Apply In-Person:
- To apply for the correction of revenue records approach the Deputy Commissioner office of your district.
- Applicant has to visit the concerned Deputy Commissioner office and apply for the correction of revenue records by affixing a court-fee stamp of 75 paisa and mention the address with contact number on the application.
- Download the recent copy of Form-F of the land.
- Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
- Submit the form to the Deputy Commissioner office along with the required documents. More details about the Deputy Commissioner office location is provided in the following link : All DistrictsAfter visiting the district’s webpage select your district and it will direct you to the concerned district’s official portal. Now click “about district” from that page and select “who’s who” to know about DC office location.
- Refer the Deputy Commissioner office location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
- After the application form is processed, revenue officer will make a thorough verification regarding your identity proof which you have submitted along with the form.
- After successful verification, the revenue records will be modified.
Apply through Jansuvidha Centre:
- Visit the nearest jan suvidha centre of your district and apply for modification of revenue records.
- Refer the location mentioned in the “office location and contact” section below.
- Obtain the concerned application form to apply for modification of revenue records.
- Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
- Submit the form to the concerned counter along with the required documents.
- After the application form is processed, revenue officer will make a thorough verification regarding your identity proof which you have submitted along with the form.
- After successful verification, the revenue records will be modified.
Required DocumentsEdit
The following documents must be attached with the application form to apply for correction of revenue records.
- Recent copy of Form- F.
- In case of change in name, affidavit executed before a magistrate stating his actual name (name intended to be incorporated in records and the name appearing in records).
- Documentary proofs such as Identity Card, Food Card (Ration Card), Election Identity Card or any other government document.
