Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificatein Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach the Commissioner and Inspector General.

  3. Click the following link to download the application form from Meeseva centers Application Form
  4. Fill the application with the Required details.
  5. Now attach the required documents mentioned and submit the application to the concerned Officer in the department.
  6. Once the documents are submitted you will be provided with an acknowledgement, please keep it safe for future reference.
  7. It may take 7 days to process the application form.
  8. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
  9. They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready.
  10. They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate



Apply In-Person through Meeseva franchise:

  1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificatein Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach nearest MeeSeva Franchise.
  2. Provide the following details in the application form:
    • Document details such as House number, Door Number, Address, Age, Extents
    • Ration card and Aadhaar card number
    • Informant details such as relation, mobile number and email ID
    • Information related to house boundaries
    Note: Mention the mode of delivery of possession certificate.
  3. Submit all required documents to the MeeSeva Franchise service operator. The request for possession certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority,
  4. MeeSeva centre service operator will give a receipt with the possession application number. The applicant will receive the application number to the registered mail ID and mobile number. Keep it safe for future reference.
  5. The concerned authority, Tahasildhar or RDO, will process the possession certificate request online.
  6. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
  7. After all the vertification Process they will take action for issuing Certificate.



Applying Online through MeeSeva Online Portal - Andhra Pradesh Apply for Property Possession Certificate Online with Images

  1. Click on the link to apply online through Meesav online portal: Meeseva online portal
  2. After visiting the MeeSeva website and click on “MeeSeva Online Portal” located at the right side of the page.
  3. Login using the required details.If you are a New user Sign in using Your required informations.
  4. Next you have to register yourself by clicking on the “New Registration” tab located on the left side of the page.
  5. Provide the following details for user registration in the MeeSeva Portal:
    • Desired Login ID
    • Password and Confirm Password
    • Secret Question and the Answer
    • Contact information such as Email and Mobile number
    • Personal details such as a Aadhaar Number, Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Address with pin code.
  6. Click the submit button for registration. After submission one-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number. Provide the OTP in the given box and click confirm button.
  7. You will receive a confirmation mail to the registered mail ID. Click on the Activation Link to activate the account.
  8. After activation, the applicant can log in to the portal using the user name and password.
  9. From the service option, select possession certificate, enter all Required details for possession certificate. Upload all supporting documents and click on “submit” button.
  10. Make the required payment.
  11. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.After verification concerned authority will issue the possession certificate.

  4. Copy of encumbrance certificate.
  5. Scanned copy of lease cum sale deed
  6. Scanned copy of Photo Identification Proof and address proof.
  7. Aadhaar card.
  8. Ration card.
  9. Application form.
  10. Income Certificate.
  11. Passport Size Photograph.
