Apply In-Person
- To obtain a Property Possession Certificatein Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach the Commissioner and Inspector General.

- Click the following link to download the application form from Meeseva centers Application Form
- Fill the application with the Required details.
- Now attach the required documents mentioned and submit the application to the concerned Officer in the department.
- Once the documents are submitted you will be provided with an acknowledgement, please keep it safe for future reference.
- It may take 7 days to process the application form.
- After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
- They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready.
- They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate
Apply In-Person through Meeseva franchise:
- To obtain a Property Possession Certificatein Andhra Pradesh the applicant has to approach nearest MeeSeva Franchise.
- Provide the following details in the application form:
- Document details such as House number, Door Number, Address, Age, Extents
- Ration card and Aadhaar card number
- Informant details such as relation, mobile number and email ID
- Information related to house boundaries
- Note: Mention the mode of delivery of possession certificate.
- Submit all required documents to the MeeSeva Franchise service operator. The request for possession certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority,
- MeeSeva centre service operator will give a receipt with the possession application number. The applicant will receive the application number to the registered mail ID and mobile number. Keep it safe for future reference.
- The concerned authority, Tahasildhar or RDO, will process the possession certificate request online.
- After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
- After all the vertification Process they will take action for issuing Certificate.
Applying Online through MeeSeva Online Portal - Andhra Pradesh Apply for Property Possession Certificate Online with Images
- Click on the link to apply online through Meesav online portal: Meeseva online portal
- After visiting the MeeSeva website and click on “MeeSeva Online Portal” located at the right side of the page.
- Login using the required details.If you are a New user Sign in using Your required informations.
- Next you have to register yourself by clicking on the “New Registration” tab located on the left side of the page.
- Provide the following details for user registration in the MeeSeva Portal:
- Desired Login ID
- Password and Confirm Password
- Secret Question and the Answer
- Contact information such as Email and Mobile number
- Personal details such as a Aadhaar Number, Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Address with pin code.
- Click the submit button for registration. After submission one-time password will be sent to the registered mobile number. Provide the OTP in the given box and click confirm button.
- You will receive a confirmation mail to the registered mail ID. Click on the Activation Link to activate the account.
- After activation, the applicant can log in to the portal using the user name and password.
- From the service option, select possession certificate, enter all Required details for possession certificate. Upload all supporting documents and click on “submit” button.
- Make the required payment.
- After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.After verification concerned authority will issue the possession certificate.
