Apply In-Person:

  1. To obtain duplicate caste certificate (Integrated Certificate), applicant has to approach the nearest Meeseva center of their area.
  2. Link for contact: Meeseva Authorized Centre Details
  3. Get the relevant application form from the authorities and fill the form with valid details appropriately.
  4. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  5. Submit the form along with the required documents to the authorities.
  6. Now collect the acknowledgment slip from the authorities.
  7. After the verification process, applicant shall receive the duplicate copy of caste certificate.

Apply Through Meeseva Centres

  1. To Apply for Duplicate Caste Certificate, the applicant has to approach nearby Meeseva centre Link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. Or the applicant has to provide their details to the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
  4. The applicant has to attach or provide the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page (If required).
  5. Submit the completed application, document and applicable fees to the centre staff.
  6. Application submitted will be processed and receipt with application number will be issued.
  7. The applicant is informed through SMS at various stages i.e., Advance intimation about date of visit of the official to his place of residence for verification of his application, Approval/Rejection of his application.



Apply Through CSC centre

  1. To Apply for Duplicate Caste Certificate, the applicant has to approach nearby Common Service Center (CSC) Link
    • Note: The applicant has to select their state, district and block from the drop-down menu or the applicant can click on their respective district to find nearby center.
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. Or the applicant has to provide their details to the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
  4. The applicant has to attach or provide the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page (If required).
  5. Submit the completed application, document and applicable fees to the centre staff.
  6. Application submitted will be processed and receipt with application number will be issued.

EligibilityEdit

  • Applicant should be the resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Applicant must be the citizen of India.
  • Applicant whose caste certificate is lost / damaged can apply for duplicate certificate.

FeesEdit

Fee of Rs. 35 is charged to issue the duplicate certificate.

ValidityEdit

Caste certificate is valid forever.

  • Visit the tehsildhar office of your taluk to obtain the duplicate copy of the caste certificate.
  • While applying for fresh caste certificate applicant should provide additional proof that he/she belongs to one particular caste.
