Apply In-Person:

  1. To renew Tour Operator Certificate, applicant has to visit the Andaman and Nicobar Tourism office.

  3. Applicant has to approach the authorities of tourism department and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the tourism office address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the touring company and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
  9. The applicant will be later requested to collect the Renewed Tour Operator License on a specified date.



Apply Online:

  1. To renew Tour Operator or Travel Agent License in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the applicant has to visit: Link.
  2. The applicant must click on the "Tour and Travel Agent - Registration/Renewal" button and proceed.
  3. Enter the login credentials if already a user. Otherwise, sign up for a new account by clicking on the "New User Registration?" button on the webpage.
  4. Provide all the necessary details and upload the "Required Documents" in the prompted fields on the screen.
  5. Upon completion, enter the captcha and click on the "submit" button to apply.
  6. An acknowledgement slip will be generated after submitting the application which must be kept safe for future reference.
  7. The applicant may collect the renewed license from the concerned office in 21 days.

  • Tourist operator who doesn’t have any criminal records or negative feedback can apply.
  • Tourist operator who achieved the sales target in the previous year of service.
  • Applicant has to renew the license one month before the expiry period.

InstructionsEdit

  • The approved applicant would have option to book ATDC hotels and ATDC package tours through online, on provide user credentials.
  • The approved applicant must carry a common design name board as approved by ATDC with ATDC logo and name prominently displayed.
  • It is statutory for the applicant to display details of various ATDC offered packages, list of hotel and also about L.T.C facilities available for ATDC operated tours.
  • All cancellation and postponement should be done through online and charges are as per the ATDC policy.
