Following are the ways through which you can apply for the correction of revenue records in Andaman and Nicobar.

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for the correction of revenue records approach the concerned Tehsildar officer who is under the Department of District Collectorate.
  2. Applicant has to visit the concerned Tehsildar office and apply for the correction of revenue records by affixing a court-fee stamp of 75 paisa and mention the address with contact number on the application.
  3. Download the recent copy of Form-F of the land from the given link- Form-F
  4. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
  5. Submit the form to the District Collectorate office along with the required documents.

  7. Refer the District Collectorate Office location mentioned in the “Office location & contacts” section below.
  8. After the application form is processed, revenue officer will make a thorough verification regarding your identity proof which you have submitted along with the form.
  9. After successful verification, the revenue records will be modified.

There is no facility to apply online instead you can download the application form by visiting the nearest CSC/e- Corner and apply for correction of revenue records

The following documents must be attached with the application form to apply for correction of revenue records.

  • Recent copy of Form- F. Download the recent copy of Form-F of the land from the given link- Form-F
  • In case of change in name, affidavit executed before a magistrate stating his actual name (name intended to be incorporated in records and the name appearing in records).
  • Documentary proofs such as Islanders Identity Card, Food Card (Ration Card), Election Identity Card or any other government document.
