Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To apply for road facility to rural area, visit the Village Panchayat of your respective area. The address and contact details of the head office can be found in the following Contact Link.
2. Visit the Office and get the application form to apply for road facility to rural area from the relevant department or you can write the request on the plain A4 Sheet.
3. Please fill the application form with essential information and details and it should be attested with the applicant’s signature and signature of at least 20 people residing in the village.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed in “Required Documents” section of this page. Attach all the important documents mentioned.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. Your application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. The officials will inform you the initiation process by any applicable means, once the government approves the request.
8. After all the processes are completed, concerned officials will approve the request and proceed with setting up the road facility in your area.
