Procedure

  1. Submit the application form for the personal ID card for the first time to the employee at the counter to audit and approve it as per the terms and conditions.
  2. Collect the legal fees.
  3. The data entry employee enters the information in the request form and stores the data.
  4. The request is forwarded to the employee who issues the cards and the data entry employee to issue the personal ID card to get his signature and stamp on the form.
  5. The created card is sent to the distribution department.
  6. The personal identification card is retrieved from the delivery officer.

  • valid family book, with the national number attached
  • completed form
  • Two recent colored photographs
  • proof of applicants identity, or the testimonial of one adult member of the family
  • approval of the father or sponsor for those under the age of sixteen years

It is mandatory to Jordanian citizens above the age of 16.
