Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for duplicate income certificate, applicant has to approach the Mamlatdar office.

3. Get the relevant application form from the authorities and fill the form with valid details appropriately.
4. Make sure that you have all the proper documents mentioned in the “Required documents” section below.
5. Submit the form along with the required documents to the authorities.
6. Now collect the acknowledgment slip from the authorities.
7. After the verification process, applicant shall receive the duplicate copy of income certificate.
   

Note: If the validity of your lost / damaged income certificate is going to expire in few days then you can apply for fresh income certificate by using the web copy or the acknowledgment slip of the lost / damaged income certificate.

Apply through Centres:

1. To apply for a duplicate income certificate in Daman & Diu, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the mandatory application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the certificate.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre and obtain the acknowledgement slip.
6. After successful verification, the duplicate income certificate will be issued by the concerned authority.
7. Obtain the certificate from the concerned CSC centre by showing the acknowledgement slip.
