Apply Online - Pay for Traffic Tickets Online Online with Images

1. To pay for your Traffic Ticket online, you should submit your application through the Tax Authority Jamaica (TAJ) e-service platform. Please view TAJ’s contact details via this link:Link
2. To complete the payment online, visit TAJ’s website: Link
3. From the home page at the top right-hand side of the page select the option “Client Login” to be directed to the account logging in page or the “Login” tab
4. Enter your user name and password if you already have an account or click on “Create Account” to setup your account. On the new page, fill the required fields and click on “SAVE”
5. You will then receive a notice thanking you for creating your account, and issue your account password, and that the password has been sent to your email address
6. Now key in your password and sign in, then read and agree to the policy and you will be directed to the next page where you will be asked a password reminder question. Answer the question and click on “Save” then you will be directed into your account’s e-service portal
7. Upon accessing your account, scroll to find the “Traffic Tickets” tab and click on the hyperlink to your Traffic ticket payment. You can also find it under “Pay Other Taxes and Fees”
8. On the new page, you are required to enter the traffic ticket information i.e., “The Ticket Number and Your Driver’s License Number” and click on “Show Amount” to review and edit the amount to pay. If you are paying for more than one ticket, select“Add to Today’s total”Note that if a traffic ticket is not reflected please contact the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s Traffic Ticket Amnesty for assistance through their Call Centre Number 948- 0411 or visit their office; Opening hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am-5:00pm
9. Then review the ticket information and complete the payment using a Visa, MasterCard, or credit card, by entering the card‘s data, making surethat the information is correct.
10. Upon payment, your application will be processed and you will receive an email confirming the payment. You can also print the payment receipt that will be provided in your portal upon a successful payment

Eligibility

• Individuals who have been issued a traffic ticket for a traffic offense can pay for their penalty using the TAJ online e-service

Fees

• The payment for the traffic ticket is indicated on the ticket issued by traffic police depending on the traffic offense

Validity

• The Traffic Ticket is valid for the number of days indicated on it

Instructions

• Tickets may not be available for online payment within 10 days of being issued. If the ticket is not displayed online you may contact the JCF Traffic Ticket Help Desk at 876-836-0270 or 876-382-0238 or you may visit the nearest Tax Office to make payment.
