Apply In-Person:
- To obtain Commercial Vehicle Registration in person, the applicant has to visit the Access PEI office nearest to their location.
- Address and contact information of the offices can be found in the following document Contact link
- The applicant has to visit the office (that is easily accessible from their location) and obtain the form required to be completed, with respect to the status of the vehicle.
- While visiting the office, the applicants should carry the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- The applicant has to complete the form with required details under the respective sections and attest it with their signature.
- Then, all the required documents should be attached with the completed form and submitted to the relevant official at the office.
- While submitting the application form and required documents to the official, the applicant has to make the fees payment through any available mode.
- The applicant can refer the “Fees” section of this page, for the fees details.
- After submitting the application package, the submitted application and attached documents will be assessed and verified.
- Processing of the application and assessment of the submitted information takes place for a time period of 10 to 15 business days.
- Upon completion of the assessment and verification, the applicant will be intimated through phone or email to collect the Registration Certificate.
