Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. Applicant should visit the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform office, approach the service desk and express your interest.
2. Collect the request form, read through it carefully and fill it accurately.
3. Submit the completed request form along with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and processing.
4. Pay the application fee at the cash counter, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
5. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the documents are in order, you will be notified and issued with the certificate.

Required Documents

1. A request form from the public service office or download if from the public service website www.fonctionpublique.gouv.ci
2. The receipt of payment to the Public Service treasury
3. A photocopy of the CNI (mentioning its bank and its telephone number)
4. A photocopy of the Appointment or Promotion decree signed by the Minister of Public Service
5. Certificate of first entry into service or certificate of attendance at the post
6. A pay slip dated less than three months.
